Home -- Innovative Control Systems Relocates Corporate Headquarters Into Expansive, High-Tech Space Innovative Control Systems (ICS) has expanded and relocated its corporate headquarters to 81 Highland Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18017 to capitalize on the continued growth of the organization. The 25,100 sq. ft. third floor suite has been completely renovated to provide a world-class, state-of-the-art office environment that will support in excess of 220 employees. The new location provides direct access to the major transportation corridors in the Lehigh Valley offering an easy commute for ICS employees and is in close proximity to Lehigh Valley International Airport to encourage customer visits. As part of its transformation, ICS has expanded its employee benefits package, offering more vacation time and the ability to receive paid time off for community service projects and family matters. One of the many enhancements is a café, serving all-day complimentary coffee, cappuccino, and fountain drinks to all employees and visitors. Touch-sensitive 86" displays that increase collaboration and facilitate the innovative ideas that drive the company's growth complement the many appointments that have been added to enhance the workspace, such as a living wall, which was incorporated into the design to bring nature into the setting. "The wall has over 700 plants and is a great focal point positioned adjacent to the cappuccino bar," said Detrick. "Our team took a great deal of time designing a work place that is attractive, functional, and a fun place to work." The facility will also include a 5,100 sq. ft. employee cafeteria that will feature healthy food choices that will be prepared by an on-site chef and offered to ICS team members at the company's cost, as well as a fitness center open 24/7 to all employees. Earlier this year, ICS also moved its production operations from its existing 21,000 sq. ft. facility to a 52,000 sq. ft. facility which is now housed in a completely renovated state-of-the-art building only a few blocks away from the new corporate headquarters. The company has more than 160 employees based in PA and is continuing to hire in several departments.
